Affiliate Program – 20% Revenue Share Terms
  1. Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on every successful sale made through their unique referral link. The commission is calculated on the net sale amount, excluding VAT, discounts, refunds, and transaction fees.
  2. Tracking & Attribution: Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 30-day validity. If a referred user completes a purchase within 30 days of the first click, the commission is attributed to the affiliate.
  3. Commission Approval: Commissions are marked as “pending” until the customer’s payment is confirmed. After a [e.g. 14-day] verification period (to account for possible refunds), the commission status becomes “approved”.
  4. Payout Terms: Approved commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate reaches a minimum payout threshold of [e.g. €50 or $50]. Payments are issued via [e.g. PayPal or bank transfer].
  5. Affiliate Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or unethical marketing practices. Affiliates are fully responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and standards.
  6. Program Changes & Termination: The program may be updated or terminated at any time, with prior notice to affiliates. All approved commissions accrued until the termination date will still be paid.
  7. Acceptance of Terms: By joining the affiliate program, the affiliate agrees to these terms in full.
